Shipping Policy

  1. When a "complete order" is received, we try to dispatch every item within 48 hours.
  2. If, after 72 hours, you have not received your tracking number, send us an email at infocottonhavenuk@gmail.com
  3. The payment clearing and the validation of a legitimate UK address are referred to as the "complete order."
  4. Checking the buyer's address on the check-out form ensures that it is correct and complete. The customer bears all responsibility for errors and omissions.
  5. Except for 28 post codes, which are a part of the Highlands, Ireland, and Islands, we only ship to the United Kingdom.
  6. We will share the tracking code / tracking number of a UK-Based carrier, tracking information could be verified independently from their website.
  7. We can’t be held responsible for a courier leaving the parcel in your shed / safe place. It’s buyer’s duty to write instructions on their door or inside their windows, instructing the courier what to do with their parcel if they are not at home
