Shipping Policy
- When a "complete order" is received, we try to dispatch every item within 48 hours.
- If, after 72 hours, you have not received your tracking number, send us an email at infocottonhavenuk@gmail.com
- The payment clearing and the validation of a legitimate UK address are referred to as the "complete order."
- Checking the buyer's address on the check-out form ensures that it is correct and complete. The customer bears all responsibility for errors and omissions.
- Except for 28 post codes, which are a part of the Highlands, Ireland, and Islands, we only ship to the United Kingdom.
- We will share the tracking code / tracking number of a UK-Based carrier, tracking information could be verified independently from their website.
- We can’t be held responsible for a courier leaving the parcel in your shed / safe place. It’s buyer’s duty to write instructions on their door or inside their windows, instructing the courier what to do with their parcel if they are not at home
